    Dabeli is one of the popular street foods of Gujarat,  and is a speciality of Kutch. The word ‘Dabeli’ means ‘pressed’, which indicates the dabeli filling that is pressed into a soft pav or a bread roll.  The filling is made of a special Dabeli Masala, sweet tamarind-date chutney, spicy garlic chutney, roasted peanuts, fresh pomegranate seeds,  chopped onions, coriander and crunchy sev
