Ingredients

- 1 kg ground beef or pork (or a mix of both)
- 100 grams of breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cold water
Steps to Prepare

Step 1 : First of all, wash the sausage casing thoroughly with hot water so that it becomes soft and you can stuff the meat well in it

Step 2: Take a bowl and mix everything (meat, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, peppers and a little bit of cold water) well until it is combined properly and the mixture becomes sticky

Step 3 : Once the sausage is stuffed, start tying it every 10 to 11 centimeters so that you get the individual piece of the sausage

Step 4 : Lastly, keep the tied sausages in the refrigerator to set for 1 hour and then cook and eat it as per your choice
