● Brandy– 1 ½ cups
● Sugar– 2 cups
● Spices– 2 cinnamon sticks, vanilla bean split, whole cloves
● Optional– fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1: Firstly, start by washing the peaches thoroughly. You can also use peeled peaches, but first blanch them in boiling water for 30 seconds, then pour
them into ice water for easy peeling

Step 2: Now, slice the peaches into thick wedges of the same size and soak properly

Step 3: It’s time to create a syrup! Next, combine sugar, cinnamon sticks, split
vanilla bean, and whole cloves with 2 cups of water in a saucepan

Step 4: Boil it slowly and stir continuously until the sugar melts properly
Let the temperature simmer for around 4-5 minutes to enhance flavours and
thicken

Step 5 : Pack the peach slices into the jars tightly, but do not crush them. Pour ¾ cup
brandy into each jar with hot syrup
Leave about ½ inch of headspace at the top. Seal with strelized lids and
process jars in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes to ensure shelf stability

Note: Leftovers can be stored for at least 4 weeks before opening.
