Instructions

Step 1: Wash the squids and remove all dirt properly, and let them dry with a paper towel. Remove moisture from rings properly

Step 2: Take a bowl that should be larger and mix plain flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Slowly add the cold sparkling water and mix gently until you get a smooth batter. The consistency of the batter should be runny but thick at the same time that it is enough to coat the squid

Step 3 : Take a frying pan, pour oil into it, and heat the oil to about 180°C

Step 4 : Now dip the squid rings into the batter and coat them properly, making sure that the squid rings are fully covered. Slowly place them into the hot oil and fry them properly until they turn golden and crispy

Step 5 : Take the squid rings out of the hot oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb the extra oil, and then enjoy them with your favorite sauce
